Coffee Vendors Market is an online marketplace where independent vendors list and sell their products. Each vendor is responsible for processing, packing, and shipping their own orders. Because of this, shipping times, carriers, and rates may vary depending on the vendor and your location.

You will see shipping options and costs at checkout before placing your order. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time varies based on:

• Vendor processing time

• Shipping method selected

• Destination country/region

• Carrier delays, weather, or holidays

Once an order has been shipped, Coffee Vendors Market does not control delivery timelines.

International Shipping

Some vendors may offer international delivery. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

Because we are a marketplace, return policies may vary by vendor. Please review the return policy listed on each product page. If the product page does not specify, the following general policy applies:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused and unopened items in original condition.

• Perishable products (such as roasted coffee beans, foods, or personalized items) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival

• To start a return, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days so we can help fix it promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the vendor confirms the item’s return and inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the vendor made an error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelable before they ship. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process above.
