The Elite Catalog plan gives you access to additional formats so you can build a product range around how your customers enjoy coffee and specialty drinks. Catalog products and options are subject to availability. Our Starter offering covers basic 12 oz coffee bags only; access to our full product catalog requires the $16.95 monthly plan. Independent roasters supplying their own products do not need that catalog plan.
Already Roast or Supply Your Own Coffee?
Apply as an Independent Roaster and sell your own eligible products with your own packaging and shipping arrangement. There is no monthly subscription. Your marketplace sales fee is 8%, plus PayPal processing costs. You remain responsible for your product listings, inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service.
PayPal processing costs are separate seller expenses deducted when calculating vendor payouts; they are not an extra fee added to the buyer's checkout.
How Branded Coffee Selling Works
- Apply as a seller. Tell us about your coffee brand and the plan you want.
- Choose your products and submit your branding. Select eligible products and provide the artwork needed for your branded packaging.
- Build your product listings. Present your products with clear descriptions, prices, and branding on Coffee Vendors Marketplace.
- Fulfill customer orders through our production partner. Orders use the correct product and approved artwork, and our fulfillment partner produces and ships them to the customer.
Understand Your Costs
Independent Roaster: No monthly subscription. An 8% marketplace sales fee plus PayPal processing. You cover and manage your own production, packaging, and shipping costs.
Starter: No monthly subscription. A 12% sales fee includes PayPal processing. Product production and shipping costs are additional.
Full Catalog: $16.95 per month, plus PayPal payment processing, product production, and shipping costs. There is no additional marketplace sales commission.
The monthly plan fee and sales fees do not include the cost of the coffee or other products. Price your products to cover production, shipping, applicable fees, and your desired profit margin.

Can I sell coffee I roast or supply myself?
Yes. Apply as an Independent Roaster to list your own eligible coffee products and handle your orders and shipping. There is no monthly subscription; the marketplace sales fee is 8% plus PayPal processing. You use your own production and supply arrangements.
Can I start without paying a monthly subscription?
Yes. Independent Roasters pay 8% plus PayPal processing with no monthly subscription and supply their own products. Our separate Starter offering has no monthly subscription, covers basic 12 oz coffee bags, and charges 12% including PayPal processing; production and shipping are additional.
Which plan lets me sell coffee pods?
For pods supplied through our branded coffee fulfillment service, choose Full Catalog at $16.95 per month, plus PayPal processing, product production, and shipping. Independent roasters can apply to list their own eligible pods through the Independent Roaster option.
Do I need my own website or a separate supplier subscription?
No separate online store or supplier subscription is required to use our marketplace-based branded coffee service. You sell through Coffee Vendors Marketplace, and production and shipping are handled by our fulfillment partner.
Can the products carry my coffee brand?
Yes. Eligible products can use your approved custom artwork and branding. Provide artwork you own or have permission to use, following the requirements for your selected products.
How much are the PayPal fees on Full Catalog?
PayPal processing fees are additional to the $16.95 monthly subscription. Contact us for the applicable processing charges before choosing your plan.
